Wood handle to synthetic Orange

First time poster, awesome forum. Here is my question. I have two KOA knives that I have developed a "kinship" with as I have used them to skin and quarter quite a few animals on varrying hunting trips. They are Jaeger knife and Alpha Wolf. I love the knives, but I hate the handles as I am constantly setting them down and momentarily losing them while kneck deep in blood and whatever else.

Does anyone know a custome knife maker that can add a custom orange handle to them? I assume I can drill out the brass rivets and peel of the current handles and do it myself as well but I would love to get some "Gerber" type handles on them that are full wrap around and don't expose any of the blade in order to keep the funk out.
