I finished these up today!

Etched 1095 with a little activity from the HT!
.170x7" oal with a 2.5" blade
Stabilized birch burl.......some of the most beautiful wood I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Chad Nichols ladder pattern stainless damascus
.150x7.5" oal with a 3 1/4" blade
Simple grain Iron wood with red liners

The 1095 knife has some fantastic patterns in the wood. Looks like it would be a handy skinner.

And that wharncliff... Beautiful damascus (did I mention I like damascus?), nice wood, nice effect with the red liners (same for the 1095 knife).
If you keep making wharnciffs like this I'm gonna start liking 'em!;) The more I look at them, the more I think they would make a nice knife for kitchen duty!

Your handle and blade shapes are unconventional. I like seeing this departure from the norm.

So you are kinda going traditional on us...lol. Nice work. Don't you love that 3D effect you can get with some pieces of burl wood? If you either want to get rid of those "accidental hamons" or only get them when you want to, get some Parks #50.
 
Very nice Spencer. Really like the damascus utility.
The woods are outstanding.
Impressed with the variety of pieces coming out of your shop.
