I have no experience with either, though the littlebug seems cooler since it appears to be collapsible and comes with parts for alcohol burning.
EDIT: trail stove costs about 1/2 the price of the littlbug. Here the trail stove comes in at right under a pound, and about the size of a 9 cup pot.
The little bug is almost a third the weight at ~5 oz.
Main differences in design, one collapsible, the other not. One with a built in base for kindling to keep it off of the ground, the other doesn't.
How much pack room and weight can you afford? Also, there's no height adjustment for alcohol stoves, yet another thing to improvise.
