Whew, another beautiful shot, Jocke! I've had the "Snakewood Mnandi" wallpaper on for the past couple of months, and still like it, so I guess I'll just save this one.
BTW, I attended a conference in Boise this week. I was scheduled to speak to 100 investment advisors. Once my time came to speak, I turned on my laptop and projector and filled that big screen with a an enormous shot of your wallpaper. Naturally there where plenty of questions: why the knife, who took the picture, etc. I was more than glad to give you plenty of credit for the picture, and then told a room filled with mostly Idahoans, that some of the finest knives in the world (like the one pictured on the screen) could be bought a few miles from our hotel.
On Tuesday, I took one of the advisors to a local shooting range for some relaxation (firing submachine guns, full auto will do the trick!
). On the way to the range, we stopped at Chris Reeves Knives. The Man himself wasn't there, so we ogled all the knives, I bought a T-shirt, was given a couple of leather coasters by a very pleasant young lady, and out we went.
And, in closing...I'm pleased to announce that in a day or two, I'll have a new Stars & Stripes Sebenza in my possession. Yee-haw! geegee
