My son just received one of the wooden knives that Mr Yeackley so kindly offered to forum members a couple of weeks back and from the time I opened the package to the time he fell asleep tonight I could not pry it from his fingers,I have never seen him this exited about any gift,and it made me think of how lucky I am to be blessed with such a wonderful child.
I hope all that were lucky enough to get one of the wooden knives have a similar experance.
Thanks to John Yeackley for helping me to introduce my 2yr old son to the world of knives and a hobby that we will share for the rest of our lives.

I to received one of the wooden knives from John. My son was very excited to get this knife. He said it was cool and that Mr. Yeackley is a very nice person for wanting to give these knives away. I am sure he will take very good care of it and maybe hand it down to one of his children someday. Thank you again John! It is people like you that make this forum a very nice place to be.
