Woodings-Verona, Where to buy?

So I borrowed my neighbors Woodings-Verona axe and as my luck has it I broke the handle. Does anyone know where I can find another one to replace it?

Looks like a 26" shaft. And has a hickory handle.

I should have turned down the offer to use it when he said it was his dads.

Thanks for any help,

tell your buddy's dad what happened and ask if he has a preferred source for a handle and offer to pay for it and a 6 pack. if he doesn't have a preferred source i would measure the axe eye and order the appropriate handpicked AA-grade handle from House Handle co. and pay for a 6 pack.

Thanks for the advice. I finally stopped by and talked with my neighbor, her was not upset by it, and even pointed out the handle was very dry. I told him I'd replace the handle and I'll drop off a sixer nexk weekend.

Thanks again guys!

Sounds like a boy's axe. You can probably find a handle for that at the local hardware store. It will measure 28" before you hang the axe and cut off the excess.
