Woods Folder, is it real?

Pickedthis up at a knife show recently, it's a Barry woods foder with cast handles. Can any one tell me if it's a production folder, or a contract knife and who made it. I've never seen one like it that wasn't a custom Woods/Irie.

Looks like an old Pacific Cutlery Swinglock. They were production. I think they are cool. Almost picked one up here on the forum a while back. Congrats.

If I recal it was right around $100. That one was in mint condition if I recall. I woulda picked it up if I would have had the cash.
