Woods hike today!!!! PIC HEAVY!!!!

Went for a woods hike today, the wind was swirling but the weather was great (mid 60's).....

My three were breeden pathfinder, blindhorse small knapp, and my true value hatchet.....all performed great!!!

everything was wet from the 3 days that we've had of rain, so I decided to try steel wool, and it took to on the first strike, I'll be keeping this on hand in my pack....

took my crow call, had three of them flying overhead trying to find me, that was the highlight of the walk...

was a great day weather wise to get out!!!!!!

Looks fun. That looks like a thick pathfinder. Is it 1/8"? Also is that one of Bryan's scandi grinds?

I'm not sure about the thickness, it's a full convex grind, that's just the reflection from the camera on the blade....

I live in Elizabethtown. I am fixin to take some time off from work, gonna go spend a few weeks in the deep woods of Mammoth cave National park.

Ever been there?
