Woodsman Custom Sheath

Hey guys--I've got a new laminated cocobolo Woodsman on the way to me. Anyone know where I can get a nice custom sheath made? I'm hoping to get it from a maker who knows the knife, so I won't have to send it to him.

The first style that I had in mind was like the belt-over type that the fur trappers and Plains Indians used--with the belt slot along the seam. This would make the sheath ambidextrous.

Thanks for any input.

Talk to Jack at jack9393@msn.com. He does leather work and has been a living historian covering the Mountain Man era through the late Indian Wars. I know he knows just what you have in mind. The 102 Woodsman is kinda small for that type of sheath though, but I bet he'll talk to ya.
