I just ordered another woodswalker this time with the leather "pocket sheath" I was wondering if anyone has one of these and knows if it is just placed in the pocket, also if it can be worn on the belt.

Fits great in the back pocket; not set up for belt carry. It's really a great set-up. The right hip pocket is my favorite way to carry, and has been for years. I have a Gene Ingram SLK II there right now. Bill

Just got mine with the leather sheath Rescue! It, the sheath, is a lot thicker than it looks! No real way to wear it on your belt, though. Perfect for a jeans pocket.

Oh and something that occurred to me....its a strop.

I've been using the Russell pocket sheath for my BRK&T Mini Canadian, and I find it a convenient way to carry a small fixed blade - especially around town or wherever it might be inappropriate to have a sheath on your belt. It is a thick, stout hunk of leather and feels sort of like carrying a second wallet. It is not set up for belt carry, but I have seen pictures in which people neatly cut a vertical slot on the thin side to slip it onto a belt. I may add a grommet for a lanyard, but that might interfere with using it occasionally as a stropping surface.
