Woohoo...got my War Boar!

My first impression is that it is awesome! The ring is a great thickness and the diameter of the hole works well for transitioning from extended to retracted grip...the THICK handle feels great in the hand and I am not sure why someone posted that they are not sharp...mine has already drawn blood! (and not mine ;) ).

I got the red handle with urban grey blade...will post pics when I get home tonight :)

is the top portion of the tip sharpened on yours?

Bussesales told me that my War Boar was delayed in shipping so that they could go back and ensure that the outside edge was sharpened on all of the blades coming out. What service. I cannot see myself buying a knife from any other company.
 
Congrats RL - cant wait to see the pics. Weren't there 2 different size rings offered? What diameter did you get?

I went to college in that fine Ohio University.......I was there for 3 years had a awesome time but my mean mean father said he would not pay for my "education" anymore if I actually showed up to classes........and had changed my major 10 times.........Gee.............I had Beer to drink and boy's to meet......but I am mature now that was a long..........long time ago........:(

Regardless... it was time well spent! ;) I can even remember some of my time at the U of Wisconsin!! Class of 80!!

I got the smaller ring...in my experience, smaller rings work better because they are less prone to flopping around when transitioning grips.

The wait was too long!
