Woohoo, Xmas 10 days early this year!

My package arrived this morning (consolidated package sent from the US with 2 Amazon orders, 1 knifecenter order and 3 other orders).

Inside my Xmas package for that one person I love above all others (ME!) was my new ESEE Lite Machete and my Condor Sheath. I think I am in love! I'm going to have to get me to the bush for some camping & chopping!
I now have a nice new machete + 4 new SAKs + a MSR Titan Kettle so I'm keen & ready to go camping again. Wow, this is a good Xmas!

For all of you that don't have a Lite Machete - you should get one! This is one very nice machete, great Condor blade and a very nice ESEE micarta handle. Light enough to swing all day and comfortable enough handle to not have blisters to worry about at the end of that day.

Who else has some good ESEE Xmas steel they'd like to tell us about?

Grats on the lite machete!

I got one for my sister for christmas and it came in with my Junglas. I sharpened it up on the belt sander and took a few swings in the ravine behind my house.... it'd gonna be hard not to "borrow" it from her every once in a while ;)

Lite machete is still on my x-mas list. Lousy school tuition:( Where did you pick up the Condor sheath? Is it better than the stock ESEE sheath?

The lite machete was put on my Christmas list as well as a Wetterlings axe. We'll see if Santa comes through on either.

knifecenter had the Lite Machete in stock & the Condor Sheath - I never tried the ESEE sheath, just heard that it wasn't very good so I went with the Condor one. Getting the Lite without sheath saved $11 and the Condor sheath cost $17, so it was only $6 dearer to get the different sheath.

It sounds like you should be ordering another Lite Machete for yourself - go on, you know you want to.

It's on the list lol. Need a new folder first is all.... might pick up the machete at the same place though :D

Sorry, one more question. What size condor sheath is it, just so I know.:D I like the option not to get the stock sheath.

I'd get a lite machete myself, but I already have a few that I can't put down. Don't need another one yet. (Although next spring it may be time ;) )

Now.. once Christmas hits, I hope I get half of the knives you did

I have the lite machete myself. I have had it for a right good while. The handles are awesome cause with a little common sense you can shape the handles to fit your hands.
