Got my first Becker today! Well it's a RSK MK2/Becker, but that counts right?!?
What a righteous tool!(not me, the knife)stupid sharp out of the box!
I can't wait to put her through the ringer this weekend!

I had to chase down the big brown truck at lunch, just couldn't wait til 7p to get her in hand! Next stop was the hardware store and I had stainless hardware in it in under 30 min! Almost did some handle mods tonite but decided I'd better pace myself!!

Congratulations on your knife. Love the shape of its blade. That one is definitely on my wish list. Hope you get to take her out soon and put her to some use...
 
Ain't got a BK12 yet, but my sources say it definitely counts as a Becker ,so congratulations!. We really need a Beckerness rating scale.

I was very much on the brink of ordering a RSK MK2 but the BK10 finally came out. Still thinking about it...

I think I like the 12 better than the 10 because it is a drop point and better for batoning but really Im undecided.
 
The 12 is incredible! I decided on it because I like my Ritter mini grip so well, so far I'm not disappointed.
I'm leaving tonite for 4-5 days in the woods(WOOOHOOO !) I will provide a full and detailed report upon my return. Vaya Con Dios for now!

I don't have a 10 to compare, but I like the 12 so much I'd love to see a 9 in the same style point. It's nearly a spear point, which is my favorite. Of course, I'd also like a 16 with a slightly longer blade (midway between it and the 15), with a spear point. And a pony.

I was super excited about the BK10 too. Ordered one as soon as they were re-released.... sold it shortly after. I prefer the 12. The 12 with micarta is probably my favorite large Becker.
 
I just got a 12 a few weeks ago. I immediately put some micarta on it and ordered new pants from Psyop. The leather came in yesterday and today the world is a better place. :thumbup:
