This was gifted to me (through Amazon) by an undisclosed Bladeforums member and Becker Knife&Tool fanatic. You can try to figure out who if you so please.
Here is the box. What better to open it with than another Becker?

Decided to give it a cool cord wrap until I get some cool Micarta scales. I also put a ranger band around it and put 2 AA batteries in because I carry a Mini Maglite LED and you never know when you'r gonna need extras.

It looks like someone took a grinder to the edge of that BK14......................Wierd
 
Man that KaBar box looks rough! Mine didn't come looking much better though. As long as the grinds were good and the knife was straight I was good with that. I get Beckers to be users not safe queens.
Not going to take a grinder to this one are ya?:D

nope. Learned my lesson.
 
Nice! I love my 11. I just got my shipment of micarta and G10 in, although I have a ton of cocobolo which is going to get used for most of my projects. Are you going to make your own handles?
