Years of experience made it possible to produce very good Japanese-style blades (katana, wakizashi, tanto).
Addition of some rare earth metals makes it possible to produce white hamon and very nice wavy pattern. Engravings (dragons, symbols, characters) are also possible. Hardness is around 65.
We may sell them semi-finished (up to stone #3) or completely finished blades (without handles). The rest is up to you.

Later I will add a photo of tanto with close-ups. wootz.ru

Welcome to the Forums!
Your first post is quite a bombshell. Wootz is a widely admired form of steel. You may have quite a market here for that stuff. Best of luck!

Welcome to BladeForums Boris. I am a big fan of wootz. in a year and a half or so I will have a knife made by Al Pendray. The knives of Achim Wirtz are also favorites of mine. I have heard of the work you have done with this great steel and it is great to get to see some of your knives.

Dear friends!
Thank you for your kind attention.
First of all - we respect greatly the work of Mr. Pendray. We think that we are moving in same direction.
Currently we produce ingots big enough to make a broadsword and a dagger from one ingot.
Second - items, which you see on the photos on our site are all in private property - all custom made. (One of them is mine ;-))) And they are all very practical - due to wootz properties. We make also hunting (Bowie) knives. Actually anything may be done.
What we suggest is to supply some reliable partners with our forged and grinded wootz blades. The outlook of the blades will depend on you.
