I have a 4 blade balloon pen knife with MOP handles that is marked on all 4 blades "Worcester Cutlery Co." On 3 of the blades on the opposite side of the tang it is marked TULA (or actually T, fancy Y, upsidedown V, A) which is Russian and translates to TULA. Tula is a city in Russia. My question is: Where was Worcester Cutlery Co. located? Was it in Worcester, Mass.? Was it in Worcester, England? Was it in Tula, Russia? Goins lists Worcester Cutlery Co., but says only a timeframe of 1890 - 1910. I know of a friend who has a Worcester Cutlery Co. barlow which is marked H C & O on the bolster. His knife does not have the TULA marking. Thanks, Bob
