My SOG Vision, i love it the first sight in the store. The material, the color, the handle...it is just beautiful. Hold it in hand. i thought the handle melts in it, became part of me.

Yesterday, I use it to cut paper boxes for work. After about 200-300 simple slide up down stroke motion, I felt there is a tension "in" my hand. Well, i don't regularly cut boxes for job, it was my first time. I thought the handle shape that is so comfort, this kind of tiredness should be out of question.

So I start wonder.....
1) It is truely that i cut too many boxes and the tension is perfectly normal?
2) The handle might be similar idea buying a shoe...something you thought will be comfortable in the end hurts you after from long time of walking.

Which statement is more true? Have you ever use your sebenza, manix, skirmish or other cut so much and have similar feeling?

I've found that if the handle fits the hand well, it is generally comfortable to use extensively.

You probable just used muscles in a way you are not used to. Maintaining a grip on something for long periods when your not used to it can cause stress and fatigue. It's just like any physical activity. Example: grab a 80lb dumbell and hold it at your side. And hold it. And hold it...

Note: If you developed blisters or wore through your skin in some areas, that's a knife handle/technique problem.
