I hope everyone is enjoying the weather we finally broke free of the 90+ degree weather here. I am looking forward to the Fall it is my favorite time of the year.
As many of you know Andy and Allen were out of town Thursday through Monday and the ICCE show in Kansas Ctiy Missouri.
I had the shop to myself for almost a full 4 days, I didnt know quite what to do with myself but I sure enjoyed it and kept busy!
Here is what I have been working on.
Handles rough shaped and ready for hand filing. I have not decided what I will put up for sale on Thursday I will decided tomorrow and post up more pictures and they closer to being finished. But all pf these will go up over the next two Thursdays.

A Ferox in .220 CPM154 I had a request for one with a choil, I put one in and never heard back from the person so I will be finishing it up soon and posting it for sale. I don't usually put a choil in so this will be a sort of one off.
Next is a true one off, I started with a Recon and got the edge to thin during the post heat treat grinding. I seriously considered trashing the blade because it would have been sub-par in its intended purpose.
After a little bit of pondering I decided to get creative and see what I could come up with. There was really no ryme or reason. I was just going with what I had and had no intention of walking away with anything worth keeping.
I do like taking advantages of these opportunities because it allows me to experiment and practice without the guilt of ruining a good knife or wasting material. Every now and then I come up with something I like. Its by no means is it a master piece but I like it enough to finish it as a one off. I will be finishing this one off and selling it as well.

The main bevel is flat along with the clip the bevel along the spine is hallow. I will be sharpening the clip but not the bevel along the spine it will remain a false edge but is under a 1/16th of an inch.
