Work Sharp Blade Grinder Attachment not squared up?

I recently acquired a work sharp and went with the blade grinding attachment as I prefer free hand and wanted the extra flexibility and comfort offered by the attachment. Upon receiving and inspecting it, however, I noticed that the pulley responsible for setting the angle of incline of the belt sags noticeably such that the belt surface is slightly lower away from the frame than closer to the frame. Here's a picture.

Other owners, is this the norm? Or did I receive a defective unit?
I appreciate the forum's time and consideration in answering my question.

Mine appears parallel to the other wheel... it doesn't "sag".

Perhaps check the screw that allows you to remove the wheel, to adjust the distance between the two wheels, is inserted correctly and properly tightened? Only thing I can think to check, otherwise probably contact WorkSharp.

Update: Talked to Harmony at Darex customer service, who was exceptionally pleasant to deal with and who immediately offered me a replacement at no charge, complete with paid return shipping for the defective unit. It will be in the mail tomorrow, and I am up a set of belts! So big kudos to Work Sharp and Darex for being on top of their customer service game. It counts!
