Any work around when sharpening blades with the Work Sharp Precision Adjust that have a cutout in the blade and the clamp won't fit properly?

You could try to make a shim/spacer/pad out of old inner tube rubber, cardboard, painter's tape, etc that would allow you some surface area to clamp on. I think a lot of people do that for full flat ground blades on systems with clamps like this. I've thought about taking a dremel/die grinder to the v-notches on the sides to allow me to ram a blade further into the clamp as well.

Gritomatic sells aftermarket clamp options for the Work Sharp precision adjust. The Leading Edge magnetic blade table for small and large blades, scissors and chisels will also be available soon on Gritomatic.
