Working knives of Bhutan

Nice pictures. Is there any way someone can get a hold of any of these blades, other than going to Bhutan of course?

Very nicely done! interesting and informative. Thank you!

That Doo Zum really humbles my Douk Douk as far as EDC's go....:D

Upon return, I had some spare Bhutanese paper money left. I was hoping to find a Bhutanese forumite who can purchase a few blades from the market possibly for a group buy.

If I am successful, I will post more info.

Very interesting! Thank you for sharing your photos and information.
Love learning about other cultures, especially their traditions & tools!

Thanks for the write-up. It's always neat to see how different cultures do things.

Excellent writeup and pics. It was also a good reminder of why you should be polite in 3rd world countries - because everyone is packing a blade, even the clergy.

Very interesting and great pics. I was interested to se they use a 7' blade .25" think knife.

Thanks for the great feature! Like to send some sheeple over there for an attitude adjustment : )
