Working on mail server issues

We're trying to track down mail issues that have plagued us since before the webservers were switched. It's looking like we may be transitioning mail servers altogether. This should alleviate issues with PM notifications & registration emails & PW reminders not getting through.

Mail server issues seem to be resolved. I'm seeing emails going out and am not seeing bounces or DKIM / DMARC / bad host errors anymore. Everyone give Todd a big hand for being the man with the skills
