Working on ricasso area on Rotary attachment

I got my Rotary Attachment from Rob Frink yesterday!:D
When package arrived it looked like FedEx dropped it from an airplane a couple of times. They handle heavy packages with less care probably assuming that if it's heavy you can kick it around all you want. When I got my KMG grinder 6 month ago package was also in a bad shape but because KMG grinder build like a tank all it had just some scratches.

Anyway I'll fix damaged wheel grooves with small file and going to try to grind a new blade today.
Someone mentioned that working around ricasso area is tricky with rotary attachment.
Can somebody give me more details on this?

Thanks,
Alex
