After buying D. Ralph's Typhoon, rounding the handles and then polishing it up I wanted another project. So I bought a Benchmade Outbounder which I really like the little blade style and dislike the wood handles. I thought since I had access to the machinery at a blade store I would buy a sheet of carbon fiber and try to rehandle it. I'm afraid to use the grinders for fear that I would go to fast and make too many mistakes. So what would you recommend me using so I can do this by hand? I know it would take me alot longer but I am in no hurry. Any help is appreciated!
