So before I go any further with my nicer knives.
I looked through the instructions and I didn't see anything that addressed this. Unless I over looked it.

But when you set a Worksharps angle....is it referring to the angle of the bevel on each side ?
So if I have a spyderco that has a 30degree edge from the factory would I set the Worksharp to 15 degrees for each bevel??? Or set it to 30 degrees?

Angle of the bevel on each side. Also called "dps".

30-degrees inclusive, means you set it to 15 degrees, which would be degrees per side (dps). A 30dps setting would result in a fairly obtuse, almost unusable edge. You can always use a sharpie and verify the setup before taking off major material.
