Dear all,
I have a Worksharp Ken Onion edition with the blade grinding attachment. It works very well for me for sharpening pocket edc knives and my whittling knives. I was wondering though: is it better to finish a knife on the 12,000 grit equivalent belt on the BGA, or is stropping on leather with flexcut gold compound a better finish? Similarly, for maintaining a razor edge on my knives while carving, has anyone found better results using the 12,000 grit belt every 20 minutes or so, or leather with flexcut gold compound? Thank you all!
