Great Dane

Hangin' with Michael Duncan (Green Mile) - not a lil' dude!

Dan

Yeah Michael Duncan by his own admission is 6' 4.25" tall and weighs 315 pounds. Not what ya call small by any standard. That dog makes him look short though!

Ya know that a people sized dog makes people sized poo.

And that horse sized dog makes... you guessed it... horse sized poo

Good thing that most of the viciousness has been bred out of dogs that big. I believe there was a prayer chiseled into the wall of an Irish monastery back in the Viking days: "spare us from the Danes and their mighty dogs."

I raised two Great Danes as guard dogs. They did very well. They were calm and obedient. They never had to turn on anyone but they knew the commands.
