Thanks the God(s) for the PC protection I have set up!!!! Checked in to my SBC Yahoo browser this morning to clean out all of my excess email and to pick up the ones that didn't automatically come through.
There were several Mailor Daemons that signifies mail that didn't go through.
I had one bounce back in my Outlook the other day when I sent out a mass email and got several returned so I thought I would check them out to see who else I might have missed, if anyone.

The first one I opened I got a Worm Warning!!!! I very carefully backed out and deleted all of the Mailor Daemon notices damned quick!!!!
I haven't heard about this way of delivering worms before and thought maybe some of y'all haven't either.
Pretty damned sneaky!!!!

Wroms hidden inside fake "bounced" emails, I've heared of it. Durn scarry. My mom thinks someone tried doing that to her computer the other day. Just like you, she sent out a bunch of email at once then got one back, or so she thought. She looked at who she suposedly sent it too and didn't know the recipient. That tipped her off so she deleted it post haist. She got pretty worried there for a bit, but from what we can tell, she was lucky and nothing happened.

These Hacker/worm/Virus writings are scum IMO.

I guess that is one of the major benefits of hotmail, you get so much junk sent to you that there comes a point at which you don't bother to open anything you cant immedietly identify.

Yep, been seeing fer the last month, sen from addys I didn;t recog. Deleted them.

Apples don;t have this prob, because they have a more robust OS than MS.

I am getting multiple e-mails, all with attachments, that say the subject is "failure of delivery," "message not delivered," or the like. They all get deleted. I would love to meet the senders up close and personal.
