Worn down Clip blade on old 34OT Old Timer. Can it be replaced?

I have a 34OT with a Clip blade I don't like looking at because it's been over sharpened, and not by choice. If I bought another 34OT, could the Clip blades be swapped out? I would certainly reach out to the experts and craftsmen for this job, if it could be done.
