Worried about rust on Delica 4

I've been edc'ing this folder for a few months but I forgot to oil the blade recently and it developed rust spots. I managed to remove most of the rust, but I'm worried about the rest of the metal parts in the folder. Anybody knows what type of metal is it, and do I have to disassemble the folder to clean it?
Thanks in advance:)

I have never found any rust on the spring of my FRN D4 but have had a few spots on the blade same as you have.
The G-10 D4 I have did get a bit of rust on the spacer and liners but after cleaning it up and tuff clothing it, it seems to be fine.

I want to say that the liners are 410 stainless, but I can't find a reference ATM. I do know that it's commonly used for that purpose. Kershaw, Benchmade, etc. use it for frames and liners and it obviously works pretty well. It's more stainless than VG-10, so if you've only got some spotting on the blade, you probably don't have to worry about the other steel. I can say this much: as a sweaty Southerner I've yet to rust the liners on any of mine.
