worried for zt outlook

so i have recently learned through here and other sites that certain zt models are going out of production, namely the 0302 which is one of my top picks. this leaves me with a few questions (more like fears)
1: are there any other confirmed discontinued models and if so, which ones?
2: is there going to be a replacement for the 0302 that can compare with its sheer awesomeness? :p
3: with the whole out of stock issue going on, are zt knives expected to be produced for years to come? or is zt going to soon be one of those companies i soon have to tell sad storied about, using the phrase "back in the day there was this one knife brand"...

Oh great, now after i've spent all my gas money for the next year on a 0551 and a 0300 I find out ZT is going out of business.....I can't deal with it......

I realy don't see any viable reason for Kershaw to discontinue the ZT brand they seem to be incredibly popular and offer great deals for the money. My zt200 is one of the most satisfying purchases I've ever made it seems like a knife that should cost a heck of a lot more than the current asking price
