Worst Customer Service Ever

I know it's doubtful, but does anyone have direct email for a customer service rep with SOG? I placed a regular, non-custom order on 10/7, which didn't mark as shipped until the 11th. It's now the 19th, and it still just says that the label was created and hasn't been handed over to the shipper. I've called the 800 numbers and talked to reps, sent emails through the website, and sent emails to the only direct email I could find (warranty@sogknives). I can't get them to acknowledge that this hasn't actually shipped, and haven't received a single reply to any of the emails I've sent.

They are now owned by GSM Outdoors. If you haven't yet, might want to try the Contact Us page on the GSM website.
 
sounds like the normal business MOP procedures at gsm.......

yeah it's that bad. super bad is the normal at gsm.
