Hey guys how are yah let me introduce myself.

Im aj im in Canada and always been a knife nut and finally starting collecting knives that i have always found wicked a few weeks ago.

Today i went to crappy tire and bought a dremel just to see what kind of tool it is. I got home and actually tried to sharpen a knife with it. A basically $15 knife by S & W limited edition. This knife is basically a beater and has been through so much that i thought i would give it a try to make my very beaten knife look cool.
Guess what i failed miserably and have a new appreciation for custom knife makers.

SO CONTEST RULES
novice preffered but all welcome
1) have or get a new or used knife $10-15 max folders or fixed doesnt matter
2) Make it the best coolest thing possible do whatever you want
3) Post before and after pics and let the baldeforums members decide whos knife had the best transformation.
4) You can only use one tool and i think it should be a dremel. P.s buy and then return it after a few days. keep the receipt.
5) No prizes but the satisfaction of being the best.

if you guys have any suggestion on how long people should have or anything to change il be more than happy to change my post.

well i just would like to see peoples own interpertations of factory knives turned into their customs.

Too complicated. If you want to see user modified knives just ask for people to post pics. It's a helluva lot easier.

Or would part of the contest be the sleazy excuse you give to the store for returning the Dremel?

I think the only reason he said return the dremel was that there was no prize involved. If you only bought the dremel for this one contest, it could be a waste of money. Returning it after using it is still not the best thing to do. You could ebay it, though.
 
Hey,why don't you buy a mattress set for your guests to sleep and do whatever on for the holidays,then return it to the store.I've dealt with the likes of you before.What a crum!!!!

Ooooo, AJ. You really did it now. Next time think before you post on a public forum or as you notice you will get burned.

I think his intentions was to spur some creative input by the members but that got shot down by contest rule #4. I'm not defending but just assuming this. I hope AJ learned a valuable lesson from this foray in public forums.

I'm just suprised all i wanted was to see what people could come up with. I did not know people would start whining so quickly and take it so seriously. Advise from the bf members is more than welcome. anyways take care bro

You also need to learn using a product for personal gain or whatever ,and returning it because you are a scammer is morally wrong.It also affects the pricing of products because they are a loss ,meaning they have to be sold as seconds or open box etc etc.And by the way,if you need a mattress set there buddy I have some out in our dumpster that were removed from homes when people bought and kept a new one.Just make sure when you are done with it return it to the dumpster!!!

Yeah sure this definetly affects you personally. Yup im a scammer and i want you to be a scammer to. Im going to hold a gun to your head take you to crappy tire and make sure you buy a dremel and return it the next day;) . It is your choice. Stop preaching okay i dont need it im pretty sure you as well as well as countless millions are ripping of somebody. why dont you just tell us that you have never downloaded anything for free, and you are the only honourable person left. P.s you really sell mattresses!!!:D

Actually, I do not download any music or movies,never have. I buy cds and only buy the movies I plan on watching more than once and have a interest in the theme.I buy knives from reputable dealers instead of Ebay,so I am trying to support the working man and the system,not rape it.And as far as preaching goes,maybe if you recieved a little more of that and some tanning of the hide,you wouldn't be the little spout off at the mouth you are.I never said you were twisting my arm to do anything ,cuz I know that isn't gonna happen.What I was trying to say,is your actions can hurt business owners and customers alike. Yes, I sell mattresses. I own a Specialty Bedding Store that offers a great service to my community.You ought to try and be a service to your community yourself sometime instead of a common theif.This is also a great community with honest hard working people who pay their dues.What did you expect when posting such rubbish.

if you had said all this quite so elequently before i would have understood and even apologized, but you started this BS in your first post. What did you expect when you posted with all the name calling. Well this has gone back & forth more than enough.
