Would Benchmade make what I'm thinking?

I'm sure there are guys that would modify a production Hunt knife for you, and replacing the scales and clip with something nicer should be easy enough. There are a couple here like Keyman you should get in contact with.
 
I would not hold my breath on Benchmade making that, but as Joe mentioned there are plenty of guys out there that would be able to mod that knife for you without so much as a sigh.
