I don't think has ever come up before! I guess you would be trading the item for a membership. No money is actually being sent to you. I say it would be OK but let's have a few of the other Super Mods and maybe Spark chime in before a decision is made.

I'll go along with that as a trade. That could be a good idea for some of our members in certain countries where it's difficult to make an international payment to buy a membership -- they could trade for one instead. :thumbup:

I'm pretty sure it's happened before....years ago.
I think it was even part of the sale price. It was o.k.ed by spark before hand and was so stated in the sale. It might have been a one time deal tho.
I'm not a mod and spark can deny or approve any request.
