You might want to contact some of the blade customizers to see if they would be interested in this.

I can't speak for the Busse shop but I have my doubts that they would be interested in doing this, especially since I'm sure they will be very busy with the new line.

Good point, Eric--I should clarify:
My rehandling is NOT being done by the Busse or Swamp Rat people. Its success or failure is my own responsibility.
