In the process of building a portable disc grinder, tru grit table, magnetic table top to adjust, all the whistles and looking at the nielsen magnetic hub.
Got me thinking, since I can have custom CBN wheels made, could I have a flat disc made/electrostatic coated on one side and have a few made say 220-1000? Would the initial cost be worth it since it would outlast paper and PSA discs?
I dont have much experience with cbn other than a shapenaing disc on a baldor vfd controlled motor and the guy who let me use it says they will never wear out so long as it's used on hardened steel
