Would Like some Info on Buck 860

Have a Buck 860 w/1997 Date code. Cannot find any info on this knife, ie., are the grips really titanium or brushed steel. Also, value of this piece as well. Thanks in advance

I have an all black one with a black nylon sheath & a grey metal(not grey crystal) with a gray sheath. I think they go for $60-$70 but this is just a guess. I really like mine!

I double checked, and the model # engraved on the blade is 860 and the date code is 1997. I have searched all over, and have not found one piece of information.
