I was advised to do this so here goes. I am Dan Graves a fulltime maker. Have been making knives for almost 20 yrs. Have been to American Bladesmithing school and worked with many mastersmiths. All my work is done by me alone such as my Damascus, fittings etc. My website is www.theknifemaker.com Here is an example of my work.
 
I have seen much of your work Dan and think that you are an extremely accomplished maker. Welcome to the Custom & Handmade Knives forum. Your input here will be much appreciated.

Have admired your work for quite a while.
I'm a damascus "nut", so needless to say I find your patterns both
innovated and beautiful.

Hope you participate in some of our discussions, you will no doubt
add very informed views.

Great to see you here Dan! My wife and I both collect and her first custom was this dagger, one of your creations. She has loved it from day one (I must admit, I really like it too but can't get it out of her display case :)).

uh, yes, and welcome to the forum! Never enough mind blowing knives around here, more IS better! (and by the way I've seen your knives around Mr. Graves, in the intranets anyway, and I think you do some great work:))
