Would someone enlighten me on the history and facts about CR Walking Staffs?

CR Walking staffs?
I just saw the top of one in a thread here and have never known of them.
Would someone enlighten me on the history and facts about CR Walking Staffs? How rare are they? I have seen a Randal #18 staff tht intergrates with the knife for a spear... Do these work in the same way? Any pictures would be welcome...

They're rare that's for sure. It looks like they stopped being made around 2002, There some pix somewhere in previous threads. Exotic woods with Ti top piece. They are a gentlemans and did not have any kind of knife attachment.

The last ones I remember changed hands for $800 and that was a number of years ago.
