Would someone take digital pictures of a knife for me?

I've been working on an American Practical Hunter, which I refer to as "Sarge," for some time now.

I'm not a knifesmith, but I am very pleased at the way this blade turned out. It is definitely NOT a knife show blade.

I've offered it to Bill Martino for HI, but...first I need some decent pictures of the blade thickness, blade bevels (3!), and over-all look, taken by someone who knows how. The only image I have is an early scan done by a neighbor kid.

It's not fancy, and the handle is just the last piece of antler I had left. The hilt is the top of an old spoon. :D

But those are not important, the blade design is. I'd like to get some decent shots so that Cantina folks can see it, and if they like it...well, we'll go from there.

I'll mail to you, and pay postage back. Just email me @ Kismethimself@yahoo.com.

Thank you folks.

Kis, Dan would be the best bet as he takes wonderful pix as everyone knows. But if he doesn't volunteer I'll do it although the quality won't be near what it should be as I don't have the eqipement yet, just the camera.;) :D

Yuh nSuh?

Dan replied: "got the message - still thinking about it - trying desperately to
wrap up everything before the Blade Show....sorry for the delays.

Dan"

So, if you or someone else is willing, I'd like to post this to them. Then we'll see what we can see.

Thank you, Friend.

If you live in Canada I rightly volunteer my services.
Other wise the shipping might just not be worth it.

Edit: rural Wisconsin, well what could have been right? :D :p

Kis
You're welcome Kis. Send it on down and I will get to it. At least with that all I have to do is just push a button and I can handle that on a fair day unlike reworking khuks.
I'll do the best I can.
With me being off line until possibly this weekend this might be the only communication we'll have on it for a while so I'll look for the knife when I see it at the house.:) ;)

Kis,

I would be happy to help. Send me the knife and I will send it back with a CD and pictures on it.

Do you have a PC computer, don't know if an Apple will read my disk.

Thank you for all your kind offers of assistance. Steve is going to take some pictures.

Yvsa is going to be mopping up melted ice cream.

Bill Marsh is going to be admired by all the local beautiful wimmins for his nobility.

And Richard (who also offered) is going to be rewarded in Heaven.

I'd have offered to take pis Kis, but I might not have returned the knife. ;-)
