Just curious after seeing some of the pictures and great designs in the patinas. if one sprayed on the stripper again would it remove the patina?

Thank ya kindly

Remover? I don't think so. Steel wool will. Abrasives will. Hard use will. Those are from experience.

I know that those old natural patinas take some serious steel woolin' to get them gone, but forced ones come off like soot.

Just an observation. Good question though.

Depends how much you pay her.

Damn! Beat me to it! :D

In all seriousness though, in my limited experience with metals, I would assume something like a metal cleaner/polish or rust remover would be your best bet for removing a patina.

Steel wool would also be a pretty good option.

Or you could try paying her... :D

I don't have much experiencing spraying on strippers, but I imagine the patina would not be turned off, or removed as you say, from the knife by doing so.

swear I just ask for jokes everytime I post stripper ha ha. Spray on stripper, say that aloud at a family get together and see what people say lol

I have used Mother's Mag Polish and old fashioned elbow grease to remove light patina before, back before I knew what it was.
