I am looking for a new fillet knife. And was looking at the bk-15 and wanted to know if any of yall had an experience filleting fish with the bk-15 or any other Becker for that matter. Thanks!

I have cut up a few freshwater drum for catfish bait. It works ok for that but the blade has no needed flex.

Dexter Russell, Ka-Bar, Knives of Alaska, any of the Finnish Rapalas... all better choices for a production fillet. While Dexters are my favorites, the Kabars are quite nice with good grips and nice flex. No sheath on the Ka-Bars but you do get a plastic slip to protect them in a tackle box.
