Would the world be a better place if there were "more" good knife blogs?

Gun enthusiasts have THR (dare I say it, their answer to Blade Forums?) and many fine gun blogs.

We in the knife community have BF but by contrast the knife blogosphere looks very thin. Aside from one manufacturer and a couple of retailers there doesn't seem to be any presence at all (I hope I am not offending anyone and I'm ready to be corrected on this one).

So would the world be a better place if there were more good knife blogs? In your opinion are there any good knife blogs? If there were good knife blogs would you bother reading them? Did you ever consider creating your own knife blog? Do you think knife blogs will be the thing of the future?

What would it take to make a good knife blog?

I'd prefer quality over quantity. Having sampled quite a few gun blogs, I can't think of any that I feel are worthwhile.

The focus of this Forum is awesome.
The level of knowledge, sharing and exchange is enough for all levels.
Honest questions get honest answers, and friendly.

What I have learnt in a short amount of time from folk here is amazing.

I do not have time to read blogs.
And this board is flexible and friendly enough for folk to post similar to a blog.
So what would I need blogs for?
