Would you all kindly please upgrade Other Doc status to gold

I purchased an account upgrade for Other Doc on the 19th and he hasn't been able to gain access to his upgraded account. I have a Receipt No:0174-4470-8816-1586 with instructions to upgrade Other Doc's membership. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

His Gold membership hasn't gone through. Only Spark can see why, moderators have no access to the money transactions.

Your best bet should be to PM him.
