Is that a Leatherman Supertool 200 ?
There is a market for anything if you find the buyer . There was a limited issue by SOG of the SOG paratool that I never managed to get with artwork by a David Yellowhorse . For single one of a kind pieces such as I presume the one that you have pictured is test the market and offer it for sale .
 
I would DEFINETLY be a buyer on customized Multis! That is an area that nobody has touched on yet. Keepin my fingers crossed!
