There are 4 new Beckers on the streets, and I have one. I don't have the entire Becker line, just the ones that make me feel kinda funny (like when I used to climb the rope in gym class).

However, the knife that is calling to me right now is not a Becker, it's the JAB Potbelly.

I know I have bitched about the handle in the past, but that was on the thinner zombie knives, and I intend to wrap it. Already trying to picture it stripped, polished, flats cliched, and re-handled with a set of black handles liberated from someones Zombie knife purchase. If I do that, and figure out how to transplant some normal paracord in place of that gawd-awful orange crap on the otherwise perfect sheath...It might just be a worthy companion to Becky.

They feel good in hand, except I personally would likely grind the finger ridge off the handle...but its a solid beast in hand, the scales are grippy and nice....The one I handled was pretty durn sharp from the box..I kinda like the sheath altho it's ''baggy''.


Im sure u could sell it for close to ur purchase money if u dont like it.


* the brownish orange handle look better in person....better then they do in pics, so u might like them OK when u get it

Crap. It's no longer on A-zon Prime. That means no free 2-day shipping fo' me. Hopefully someone ships Priority. Might check GPknives....they got my BK16 out to me with the quickness...(edit: Yikes! About $10 more there, not counting shipping). Gonna keep shopping...
