Wow a good gerber

I finally got a gerber fatty after asking aobut it for so long. It's really nice. It has a nice grip and it feels good in the hand (my hand anyway, but I have small hands) It came incredibly sharp. See I had a paraframe and i couldn't even cut my finger if I tried, I was stupid enough to put my finger to the blade on the fatty, and sure enough i cut myself. It also seems to hold that razor sharp edge well because I've done alot of whittling with it and it's still as sharp.

Anyway if anyone wants a cheaper version of the subcom (I have a low budget) then the fatty is a good choice

I have one also, leave it in the side door of the car for small tasks (small knife). But has gotten the job done in the past. Not a bad $20 investment.

gerber gets hammered pretty bad but i've always had good luck with the large ez out. my son has a fatty and he's pretty happy with it. later, ahgar
