Wow! - I got lucky on a Leek

I have recently picked up a couple of Kershaws and really like them.

Well, tonight I went by Walmart and happened to wander through the outdoor section. There were a lot of knives on a shelf in boxes. The boxes were pretty rough so they must have been stuffed away somewhere. And one was a Leek marked $20. So I picked it up - and it rang up marked down to $10 at checkout!

See , now what you oughtta do is sell it to me for $30 and make a profit of $20 , then you can go see a movie and buy some Taco Bell afterwards.

Man, you definitely do NOT want to keep that Leek. The ones that got marked down to $10 are the self destructing ones that were recalled!!:eek: Leave it to Walmart to sell sub-standard crap! I'm so upset for you right now. Fortunately I'm familiar with these, the address where you can return it so that it doesn't harm anyone is.........

Damn, I don't have what it takes to pull a fast one. Enjoy your knife. Just be careful that Offsetlover doesn't try to get it!!:D

I totally believed you there for a minute.
 
I don't know if it's become a chain-wide policy yet, but at the local WalMart here in Lodi, CA, the city police force convinced the management to stop selling SpeedSafe-equipped Kershaws.

Love my local force, but come on...

Even my wife thinks that's misinformed...


Anyway, good score on the Leek!
