WOW inc ??? Help pls

I tried to email WOW inc to ask about the Tachyon, but I gt the email returned. This is the exact message I got in my inbox :

Returned mail: Service unavailable

Anyone has any ideas ?

I never did receive my 154CM Talon from WOW Inc, and Mike never answered a single e-mail.

I've written my credit card company to have the charges removed, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

Ive always this is the best way to get in touch with em.....It may take several calls to get through and Spark may not be the one to answer the phone but I will get your questions answered faster..

When Mike’s inbox gets full, that is the message it sends you. I had the same thing happen not too long ago.
 
FYI, I believe Mike is in China right now. Not sure when he's coming back. He may not be able to read e-mail from abroad.

I am here. Just trying to get my office back in order. Give me a couple days to get back to speed so I can address everyone. I had over 1200 emails so my box was full. It may take a few hours for me to clear the Q and get back to everyone. Hang tight.
